1.) Question: "What am I actually getting once I've paid?"

Immediately after Paypal has processed your payment, you will be sent to a website with:

1. The web address for my password-protected video vault

2. Your User ID

3. Your Password

Be sure you write them down so you can get in whenever you want!

2.) Question: "How do I watch the videos?"

All of my videos are streamed from a video hosting service like Google Video.  You will watch them directly on your computer screen.  If your computer let you watch the sample clip or the free video I sent you, you'll have no problem watching the rest of the videos.

3.) Question: "Do I need to put any software or files on my computer to watch the videos?"

98% of computers have all the necessary software already installed.  If you don't, there are simple instructions that will get you going.  It won't be a problem.

4.) Question: "How do I get a refund if I don't like your videos?"

You have 45 days to get a full refund if you don't like my videos...so you've got no risk.

But if you want to get a refund just follow these steps (directly from PayPal): 

   1. Login to your PayPal account (www.Paypal.com).  [ If you don't already have a Paypal    
       account, you'll get one for free when you pay. ]
   2. Click the "My Account" tab.
   3. Click the "History" subtab.
   4. Choose the "Subscriptions" field from the "Show" dropdown menu.
   5. Check the "From" box and change the date back 2 years.
   6. Click "Search".
   7. To view the details of a specific subscription creation, click details in the "Details"
       column.
   8. At the bottom of this page, click "Cancel Subscription".
   9. On the confirmation page, click "Cancel Subscription" again.

5.) Question: "After I've paid, will I be charged any monthly fees?"

Nope. It's just a one-time fee.  After that, you get any extra videos at no additional charge.
Just be sure you're on my email list and look out for new updates.  Or, you can just login with your User Id and Password periodically and check for new videos.

6.) Question: "I live outside of the US.  Can I still pay for the videos?"

Absolutely.  I use Paypal to process payments. As long as you have a card with the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover logo on it, Paypal will securely handle the payment.

7.) Question: "Where did you get the designs for your towel animals?"

Some I learned while my husband and I were on our cruise to the Bahamas.  Many I learned from those hard to understand books.  On a few, I had to make up my own folds because the way the books taught didn't work!

8.) Question: "Can I call you if I have any problems?"
